Under Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), a business registered as an exempt dealer (osek patur) is exempt from the website accessibility obligation. The business operating MarketLed is registered as an exempt dealer, and this exemption therefore applies.

Nevertheless, we have chosen to make the site accessible beyond what the law requires, as detailed in this statement, and we continue to improve accessibility on an ongoing basis.

4. Limitations

Some content in the service is generated automatically by AI for customers (for example, landing pages published by platform users).
